That's right, jazzalta. mahayanaIt was just a joke. It has nothing to do with the song in your puzzle, but "El Condor ..." is the only flute tune (besides the Paul Simon version) that I know. www.mtrs.co.uk/condor.htm

My first wife played flute, so I may have more of that in my head than others. Do you know Van Morrison's "Moondance", Jethro Tull, Traffic, early Jefferson Airplane, "California Dreamin"? Much under-utilized solo instrument, the flute.
Back to "Mash", it was a Korean War (anti-war?) movie that became a long-running TV sitcom, still being re-run. My next hint would have been "helicopters", hah!
