Well, it's just parallel fifths. No such key. Spell D# F## A# D as Eb G Bb D. Then move Eb and Bb up a half step and you get E G B D.

so is there any way to make this into a progression?
if i play solo over these chords, i usually end up playing G major or natural minor
ive been fiddling with Cmaj7 - D7 X5457X - D#maj7 (or Dm7 instead of D7), but there's something missing, im not getting the same feel as Dmaj7 to Em7
