I was supposed to sit in with some guys tonight at a local club along with a couple of guys I usually play with. First of all I was "volunteered" for this, nobody asked me if I wanted to do a set in some stinking hole for free. Anyway, today, we were supposed to meet to go over our set, and to iron out all the details...
Well...no one showed up! Then they called and said they wanted to do it later somehow. Well, I'd had enough. They had made the whole thing into a big enough mess that I didn't want to even screw with it.
Sorry, but it's a non-paying gig, and then you want to make it a huge pain in the ass, too!?
