Greetings from JazzGuitar.
Thought you might need a link back. I'm going to send this to you at your home e-mail.
You should be able to click that link, then login at the top when you get here. Your password is the one you typed twice when you registered. If it works, this can be your intro thread to tell about yourself, what you like.
If I can help with anything, let me know. OK?

Well, hello. Yes, I did have some trouble registering. I'm old enough to remember a time when no one had a computer at home, people did math with a pencil and paper, and people knew how to spell, and which version of there/their/they're was the right one to use. I've been playing for 30 years. I have a degree in music from UNT, and will be starting my Masters this fall. I teach private guitar students as well as public guitar classes in the town where I live. I also play in a big band rhythm section. It's a blast. Some of the guys actually played with Tommy Dorsey and Stan Kenton. I also compose original music. I've written for concert band, orchestra, chamber ensembles and piano. I compose on paper, the orchestra pads are huge, and then transfer over to Finale. Mainly because of the limited view of a computer screen, and when working on pieces for large groups, I need to have several pages laid out on a table. Did i forget anything? Any questions?

I'd love to see one of your compositions over in the Heads section, something you're fond of, preferably fairly short and easy. Really happy to have you here, hope we'll prove to be decent students, hah!
