Well, since I have been down for a while, I wanted to post some stuff that my doctor has been having me do to get just the dexterity possibility back into my fingers. So far I have two, but I'll add more (and feel free to add more on your own): 1. Bone Growth - This works best with broken bones, but getting the muscle memory has the same effect broken or not -This gets blood going to your fingers and apparently lets the bones grow faster too if they are broken. Simple take your wrist and tap each finger (not the thumb) onto the thumb. The equivalent of fingers: 1 2 3 4 repetitively on the thumb. I see that helps a lot. 2.Also, Health Orbes - these are those little balls that are about the size of golf balls that you roll around in your hand (Detailed instructions are always in the box with them) - but you roll them around in your hand and it really moves your mucles in your palms around the edges and it seems to have been helping with the dexterity too. These are actually quite entertaining too. Well...that's what I've been doing lately. And watching TV. Can't really do much right now. Hopefully that will change.
