The first tune is definitely Django Reinhardt's Nuages. Don't know who is playing it.
Second I have no idea, but id does sound like an intro to a song, not the actual head.
The third sounds like a tune using the common "rhythm changes". ie I got rhythm - Gershwin
Thats all I got.
