I'm wondering is there anyone who is able to weed out unwanted postings.Tidying up! In the Resources there are few tunes available to play. It would be nice to have a bunch. In References....there are references to playing material that just isn't there any more (probably due to copyrite). Can these postings be deleted? I'll just say again that it would be good to have an easily accessible place of tablature. Someone must have moderator abilities and be able to reorganise slightly. Is there anyone like this on the forum? Can there be a place for tef, powertab etc postings? Is it easy to post tab?

Yes, mahayana has admin abilities. He may not have time to clean things up. He's said in the past that that sort of thing is very time-consuming. It's also not particularly pressing.

Hey, morjaz.
It's fairly easy to delete posts from admin. Also, everyone can delete their own from "modify" (top right of each post), but if you delete the first post in a thread the whole thread disappears.
The internet is funny about links, a lot of older ones won't take you anywhere. Sites come and go, programs get updated, people change their computers and providers leaving empty cyberspace where once there was a destination.
It's great that you are suggesting improvements.
I'd appreciate it if you'd send me a message when you find a post that has a link that "doesn't work." At least I could put a note next to it, or something.

I just went through "chord-melody" section, checked all the links and deleted what didn't work. Resource folder is gone now, and Jazzalta's current chord-melody shells location is at the top of the page.

Since I was here last, leeshang spammed us with the same post in every section.
Again, please put a single ad at "classified" if you want to advertise.
thanks, mahayana

I agree, there are likely many experienced flippers that have a good idea of what a renovation is going to cost just by walking through the property.
This spreadsheet is probably the most beneficial for those that are starting out and need a baseline budget/check list of items that are typically found in a rehab or an idea of what a certain task should cost.
The spreadsheet is pretty versatile and it can also give you a good idea of what savings you will have if you performed the work yourself or subcontracted the work. It can also be very handy for organizing scopes of work/budgets for subcontractors during a renovation.
Thanks for your input and best of luck!
